The City of Dryden is hoping to make life a little bit easier for families, as we all deal with the COVID-19 outbreak and Ontario’s State of Emergency.

City councilors have voted to extend the grace period being provided on property tax and water and sewer bill payments through June 30, 2020. This timeframe may also be extended.

There are no penalties or finance charges on amounts owing, but payments are still due. They can be made online or by phone, at the drop box at City Hall, by mail, or online through Paymentus.

If residents have pre-authorized payments set-up to pay municipal bills, and they wish to suspend these payments, please contact the Finance Department by email at to make arrangements. Suspending these payments without contacting the department may result in penalties.

The city’s Finance Department can be reached Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
