The Dryden High School Eagles hosted the Ignace Falcons on Tuesday (October 12, 2021) in a jammed-pack lineup of court sports. 

First off the Senior Girls Basketball team saw 8 different players register points on their way to a 59-14 win.

Sydney Cloutier was notable for the Falcons as she scored 10 of her team’s total.

Dryden’s top points getter was Fiona Cook who scored in every quarter on her way to 19 points.

In volleyball, the Juniors played first and Dryden took the first set 26-24 before dropping the next three by scores of 25-10, 25-23, and 25-22. At the Senior level, it was a 3-0 contest with totals of 25-11, 25-16, and 25-16.

The teams will be in action again next week as the Eagles travel to Ignace on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, and then will bus north to face the Sioux North Warriors.
