Dryden Police Service experienced a busy week of calls for officers according to their weekly Calls for Service Update.

From the week of July 19, 2021, to July 25, 2021, officers responded to 226 Calls for Service and laid 41 charges under the Highway Traffic Act and Criminal Code. Calls for Service dropped slightly from last week by 8 calls.

• Traffic Complaints/Enforcement - 15

• Foot Patrol/Property checks – 12

• Liquor Licence Act – 10

• Suspicious/Unwanted Persons – 35

• Animal Complaints – 7

• 911 calls - 10

• Other - 38

The Dryden Police Service is urging the public to contact police should they have any information pertaining to any unsolved crime.
