The Dryden Police Service is investigating a hit and run that took place earlier this week.

Police say that the incident occured on Wednesday, August 15, at 9:41 p.m. near the intersection of Grand Trunk Avenue and First Street near the Hillcrest Motel. No injuries were reported.

Witnesses say that they observed a 2003 grey Infinity Sedan travelling eastbound in the centre turn lane, when it collided with a vehicle turning left onto First Street trying to avoid the collision. The suspect immediately fled the scene on foot.

The Dryden Police Service is looking for a 22-year-old male, approximately 230 lbs, 5’9” to 6’ feet, with brush cut hair, wearing a white tank top and is heavily tattooed.
