The Dryden & District Museum is gradually reopening, after Ontario officially moved into stage 2 of its reopening framework.
Museum staff say they are one of the many cultural attractions that have been able to reopen, with safety measures in place. Starting now, the museum is open to museum members only.
During phase 2, the museum requires all visitors to schedule their visits. This can be done by calling the museum at 807-223-4671, or emailing email@example.com. Visits can be scheduled between Tuesdays and Fridays, between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“We look forward to welcoming visitors back to the Museum, but ask that they respect the new procedure and physical distancing guidelines,” said Bethany Waite, Museum & Heritage Coordinator.
“If you have schedule a time to visit but begin to experience COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you cancel your appointment.”
The museum plans to reopen to the general public on July 2, and visitors will still need to make arrangements for appointments.
