The Dryden GM Ice Dogs are back on the ice tonight for a pair of homes games this weekend against the Kam River Fighting Walleye.

The Ice Dogs come into this weekend with a record of 3-2-1-0 and are coming off a big 3-2 overtime win against the Red Lake Miners two weeks ago.

Maxime Collette will be heavily relied on this weekend as he is the team’s leading point-getter with 10 points in only six games.

The Fighting Walleye enter the Dog Pound with a .500 record at 1-1-1-0 and will be looking to get in the win column tonight as they were swept by the Miners last weekend.

In the league standings, the Ice Dogs currently sit third with seven points only two points behind the RLM. Kam River is currently sitting sixth with three points right above the winless Fort Frances Lakers.

Puck drop for this weekend’s set of games is at 7:30 p.m., doors open at 6:30 p.m.
