Officers from the Dryden and Ignace O.P.P. are welcoming four new Provincial Constables to their respective detachments. 

Constable Erica Kollmann of Mississauga, ON will join Dryden's detachment and brings a wealth of knowledge following studies at Nipissing University and Canadore College. 

Constables Mandie Ryan, Jordan DaSilva and Kyle Cuthbert will are being welcomed by the Ignace detachment. 

Constable Ryan is originally from Dryden, ON. Constable Ryan is a graduate of Dryden High School and continued her studies at Confederation College. Constable Ryan held the position of paramedic with the Northwest EMS prior to joining the OPP.

Constable DaSilva is from Barrie, ON. He holds a BA degree in Criminology and previously held the position of Municipal Law Enforcement Officer in the Township of Georgian Bay.

Constable Cuthbert comes to Ignace from St. Thomas, ON and earned his BA degree in Criminal Justice from Nipissing University. Prior to joining the OPP, Constable Cuthbert worked as a community support worker and addictions counsellor. 

All four constables have begun to settle into their role as officers in their respective communities.
