Grand Council Treaty #3 staff and Ogichidaa Francis Kavanaugh made the deliveries this week, with the help of community volunteers.
Exchange PPE is a Winnipeg-based business with Indigenous ownership. They only sell personal protective equipment, and opened during the COVID-19 pandemic. They’ve made donations in Saskatchewan and Manitoba as well.
