The win is the Walleye's fifth straight as the team moved into sole possession of third place in the standings.
Kaden Goodwin, Riley Borody and Brydon Bell added Kam River's other goals.
Ryan Kayser, Carson Shafor and Connor Corcoran replied for Wisconsin.
The Dryden GM Ice Dogs maintained their lead in the SIJHL with a 7-1 win over the Kenora Islanders in Dryden.
Kaden Bandura, Bryce Benfield, Ryland Maier, Max Roby, Whittaker Heart, Tag Bryson, and Carson Devine scored for the Ice Dogs.
Darian Sinclair scored the Islanders' only marker.
In Sioux Lookout, Jack Orchard stopped 31 shots to record his second shutout of the season as the Bombers blanked the Fort Frances Lakers 5-0.
Alex Lucas, Owen Cotter, Owen Riffel, Nolan Palmer and Ty Lone provided the scoring.
