A CP intermodal train derailed west of the Manitoba/Ontario border over the weekend.

It happened at around 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the train derailment near Caddy Lake.

Canadian Pacific Railway reports that no dangerous goods were involved, and that they had mobilized teams to respond to the site and handle recovery operations.

In a statement issued, the rail company says there were no injuries.
