Kenora MP Eric Melillo wants to know more about Ottawa's plans for distributing the vaccines for COVID-19.

"It's been incredibly frustrating for us, and I believe for all Canadians, in trying to get some answers on the government's plan to procure, prioritize and deploy a vaccine across the country," he said Friday.

According to the MP, the prime minister hoped to have the vaccine available to the majority of Canadians by September, the finance minister hoped to have it by summer and the procurement minister by January.

The MP is hoping to get more information, as he heads back to the House of Commons this week.
