Members of city council in Dryden will be given an update on the status of the Ontario Provincial Police.
Its been just over a year since the organization assumed policing duties for the community.
Both the detachment commander Adam Illman and Board chair John Carlucci were slated to bring a presentation before council during the last meeting on September 25th.
However their appearance was cancelled.
No details as to the contents of the presentation have been publicly released, and it is the only item on the agenda for the meeting.
Tonight's meeting gets underway starting at 7 o'clock.
