The Dryden GM Ice Dogs let one slip away last night. They allowed four goals in the third period, as the Thief River Norskies beat them 5-4 at the Dog Pound.
Braeden Shae and Matthew Pitchenese had two points in a losing cause for Dryden. The Ice Dogs have a break until next weekend, when they visit Red Lake.
Dryden fans won't see the team at home until Nov. 21, when the Miners come for a visit.
With the win, Thief River is only a point behind the second-place Ice Dogs in the standings.
