A 31 year old Dryden man is in custody, 

Jeffery McNickle is awaiting bail in Sioux Lookout after he was charged with multiple thefts over the weekend.

On Saturday, December 1, McNickle was charged with theft from Safeway. Shortly after being released on a Promise to Appear, a second call reported that McNickle tried to leave the LCBO with unpaid alcohol.

McNickle is facing two charges of Theft Under $5000.
