You know the Kenora Winter Carnival is approaching when you start to see the boxes filled with snow along the Greenbelt!

The first one is set in place and is awaiting more for the Snow Sculpting Contest, which will tentatively begin within the first couple weeks of February! DSC_0003.JPG

The Carnival's theme this year is "Frozen Fiesta - a Party in the Snow" and will take place March 1-3, 2019 and will feature activities such as skating under the Whitecap Pavilion, a Community Day filled with family friendly events and for the first time... Mayor DAN's Free Winter Carnival Pancake Breakfast at the Kenora Recreation Centre, sponsored by Q104.
